What is a PCN?

Primary Care Network (PCN)

St Paul’s Primary Care Network is a group of GP Surgeries; made up of The Royal Well Surgery, Weston House Practice, St George’s Surgery, and St Catherine’s Surgery.

We aim to ensure the best possible care for our patients, in the most efficient way. Using the Chapel Clinic, we can provide evening appointments, as well as specialist clinics to ensure you have access to essential medical care when you need it.

Our staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. At St Paul’s PCN, you can be assured that you will receive quality, personalised healthcare.

This short animation explains the concept of PCNs and how this new way of working enables health and other services to work together to provide better access for patients.
